Loaner Cars
AUTOworks offers clients free rides to home or work, and loaner cars
are available when your vehicle is being serviced.
The
cars are available at no
charge,
but
there are
certain
stipulations:
- No smoking in the loaner car.
- Return it with a full tank to avoid a refueling charge.
- The person to whom the vehicle is loaned is completely responsible
for damage or loss to the loaner.
- The loaner must be returned
when service
to your vehicle is completed otherwise a fee is assessed.
All loaners must be booked ahead and are reserved for more complex
services (i.e. not for a State Inspection or an oil change) Most
loaners are standard transmission. If you need an automatic transmission,
book well in advance and due to the fact that loaners are often
given out when unforeseen problems occur with vehicles being
serviced,
a reservation does NOT guarantee that a loaner will be available.
(If you know we have a loaner car for you, save yourself some steps. Please bring in your insurance card, driver's license, and vehicle registration.)
Our loaners are basic transporation. If you require a new car, air
conditioning, or other amenities, we suggest you rent a car from Enterprise,
Budget, or other local car rental agencies. Enterprise offers rentals
to our clients at a discounted rate; they will pick you up at AUTOworks
but you must call them in advance (207) 351.1790
